"It might be extremely dangerous for individuals who are elected, who might be the mayor of a very big metropolitan community . . . And celebrating, the way he has, and looking forward to a 'marijuana fest' in Kansas City. We're on the cusp of some significant changes and it's very dangerous to get out (there) with that kind of celebration because we are already seeing things beginning to happen that have negative implications . . . And I would not want to be the one who is going to take responsibility for public comments saying 'Hey, this is wonderful' and looking forward to having a big festival in Kansas City. That's nonsense."
