Cerner Buyout Postscript: No Raises Or Promotions At Oracle Health?!?

The bad news keeps coming from what was formerly the largest private employer in Kansas City.

Here's the word that tracks from what we've heard from other sources . . . So far Oracle has been acting like . . . Oracle . . . As the tech giant continues to keep things lean & mean in Kansas City . . .

"It was also announced today that there would be no raises or promotions for FY 2024. Managers are expecting a mass exit. Those that made the decision did not invoice the current Oracle Health leadership. During the meeting they were unable to speak to a retention plan or if there is even one. Employees have now not received raises for 2 years and those with experience are already looking elsewhere."
