KC Tenants Claim THOUSANDS Of Supporters After Small Forum Most Candidates Skipped

Fifty people showed up to a recent KC Tenants forum as by the dutifully sympathetic Kansas City Star.

That's actually a great turnout for this humdrum election without a high-profile challenger against Mayor Q.

Sadly . . . It didn't live up to expectations put forward by the New York Times late last year.   In fact, the turnout was so embarrassingly low that it seems KC Tenants demanded that The Star "correct" their reporting . . . That nobody read in the first place.

TKC note . . . Candiates and their interns don't count as attendees . . . TKC has used that trick before and it's fun but ultimately unproductive.

Even better . . .

The KC Defender blog took a bit of time off from scribbling fake news about serial killers to offer this impressive bit of promotional content . . . Check-it . . .

"The KC Tenants Power endorsement represents the support of the organization’s massive coalition of over 5,000 members and allies, and comes with communications and field commitments."
