It seems that so much online anger isn't really effective at changing the status quo.

WASHINGTON - Democrats defied historical trends and defeated several candidates backed by former President Donald Trump to keep control of the Senate, providing enormous relief for President Joe Biden. The battle for the House, meanwhile, remains too close to call. The picture in the Senate became clear on Saturday after Democratic Sen.

A Blue Nevada Means Democrats Will Keep Control Of The Senate

For Democrats, the Silver State is gold: ABC News has reported that Democratic Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto is projected to win reelection in Nevada. This projection confirms that Democrats will retain at least 50 seats in the U.S. Senate and, with Vice President Kamala Harris's tie-breaking vote, guarantees Democrats a slim majority in Congress's upper chamber.

Senate control guarantees many more judges for Democrats

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer vowed the Senate would continue its momentum on judges. "Senate Democrats have been committed to restoring balance to the federal judiciary with professionally and personally diverse judges," he said in a statement.

The consequences are debatable for so many broke-ass locals struggling to find funds for the next trip to the grocery store. 

However . . . 

The big picture is that garnering power in a Democracy is tougher than it seems. 

Don't worry, the converse is also true as Missouri held strong and only really gave up 3 (net) mostly worthless state house seats. 

Bottom line . . . 

Investing too much emotion in somebody else's power struggle isn't a good idea and we contend that many people MIGHT be misguided by expecting elected officials to improve their lives. 

Nevertheless . . .
