Here's what's weird . . .
The paper doesn't even report her connection to KCMO's honcho.
It's not like it was secret . . . And it's a fact that MIGHT just interest their last remaining subscribers.
Frankly, we're happy to see her move on from a dead end gig in the Dotte. Mayor Garner calling out her office in public wasn't very classy and we've heard that she is ACTUALLY pretty good at her job.
Maybe she'll spend more time with the fam.
Or . . .
Spend more time NOT being seen anywhere or any place with Mayor Q.
OR . . .
I've got 5 bucks that says she will be hired at Jackson County OR MARC or some local public/private scam before the end of next year.

Before that she was an urban development manager with the Unified Government. Her last day will be Friday, Oct. 7, according to a copy of her resignation letter."

Wyandotte County's economic development director said Tuesday she will resign from the Unified Government, becoming the second top official this month to announce they are leaving their job. Katherine Carttar submitted her resignation letter Tuesday morning. She has been Wyandotte County's economic development director since October 2018, according to her Linkedin page.
