The odds are stacked against him but Mayor Q continues to put himself on the opposite side of po-po in a move that MIGHT hurt him politically when reelection time approaches.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Mayor Quinton Lucas has issue with the language on the amendment on police funding for the Kansas City Police Department. All registered voters in Missouri will be able to vote on this measure in November.
