12th & Oak along with so many progressives friends turned the ATA into a soup line whilst public money is now "invested" in sketchy real estate development schemes.
Thankfully, even public radio is catching on this scheme and a very obvious sign of KCMO corruption:
"While it's free to ride the bus in Kansas City, only 13% of low-income households are near a transit system. KCATA says it's working to hire drivers and expand routes."
