Did STL Blues Skip Kansas City Game?!?

We start our news day at the crack of 1 PM with an important question for local hockey fans which seems apropos for #TBT when we remember that former Mayor Kay promised Kansas City a pro-team for the downtown arena but never delivered. 

Sadly, very much like lingerie brands . . . The sports world & local politics is mostly based on smoke & mirrors.

"Every year the Blues have a preseason game in KC at the Sprint/TMo Center.  It was always a packed crowd.  I wonder if the safety of the players and the reputation of P&L have caused the Blues to shun KC for Wichita and the Intrust Center.  Their annual preseason game was moved to Wichita and it's on a date that seems to be available in KC at the TMo center.  What makes it more interesting is that Intrust holds 20% fewer people than TMo."
