Context and a reminder that not even Mayor Q showed much sympathy for middle-class white interloper protesters doing their disaster tourism during a riotous event  . . .

Let's not forget that Mayor & Council approved AMNESTY for so many protesters on the Country Club Plaza despite a melee that burned cars, destroyed property and eventually chased a great deal of retail AND JOBS away from this district.

Kansas City man injured by tear gas canister during Plaza protest sues highway patrol

A Kansas City man who was severely injured by a tear gas canister fired by police in the summer of 2020 has filed a lawsuit against the Missouri State Highway Patrol, accusing the agency of infringing on his constitutional rights. Humberto Gonzalez filed the lawsuit Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court.
