That might be good from a biz perspective but we're not certain what "the science" seyz about public health protocols.

Covid-19 surge leads to temporary closure for some restaurants in Kansas City
KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- The National Restaurant Association published research this week backing the trends we're seeing locally. It says 4 out of 5 restaurants are understaffed. This weekend, a handful of Kansas City restaurants shut down for a few days for various reasons, many related to Covid-19.
