Liberty Cannabis, Missouri's newest medical cannabis retail chain, is opening its third location in Kansas City, MO. Located at 10420 Blue Ridge Blvd, the dispensary will officially open for medical patients on Monday, 12/13. Liberty will offer a wide variety of products and brands.
