Did Prez Biden Forget Mayor Q's Name During Kansas City Visit?!?

Our right-wing friends have latched on to another effective talking point that seems to be gaining traction.

REPUBLICAN CRITICS OF PREZ BIDEN CLAIM THAT HE FORGOT MAYOR Q'S NAME DURING A KANSAS CITY SPEECH TO HYPE THE 'BUILD BACK BETTER' INFRASTRUCTURE BILL!!!

This faux pas is playing out better than the Prez asking for his mark during a presentation and using the unfortunately phrased question: "Where am I?"

Accordingly, we ask readers to take a look and decide for themselves . . .

Mainstream media news hasn't picked up the controversy but Internets news sources are all over it:

Joe Biden forgets name of Kansas City mayor while delivering speech in city

KANSAS CITY, MO - U.S. President Joe Biden's cognitive abilities have been accused by many of being on the decline. The 79-year-old president, America's oldest in history has a knack for forgetting things, bumbling his words and telling stories about events that never happened.

Kansas City talker Kevin Kietzman shares an even more insightful quote on the controversial name check . . .

"One has to feel bad that Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas has worked  hard to climb the ladder in DC and become well known for future elections, only to get disrespected.  So you'll have to excuse me if I feel a little sorry for this hard working opportunist when the President forgot his name during a bumbling speech about nothing in KC on Wednesday."

To be fair . . .

Kansas City can be a tough appearance for visiting dignitaries . . . The most common mistake is to assume that we're in Kansas.

And, all things considered . . . This might not be one of the worst mistakes the Prez has ever made. Sadly, it's not as funny as watching the media try to politely mention Prez Trump's "grab'em by the pussy" remarks that started his tenure.

Finally, we share the hotly debated line . . .

It's hard to tell.

It's not like he called him by another name or mangled his moniker.

We're not in the biz of defending the Prez and we agree that the alleged "slip of mind" deserves attention.

However, most keyboard warriors forget that public speaking can be tough even for world leaders. Most people can't do it and the average person is typically incapable of crafting comprehensible remarks when speaking to anyone other than their family. Addressing the public on camera is like watching baseball . . . It seems easy from the stands but getting out there and playing at even a competent level is impossible for most adults.

Similarly, Mayor Q often has his name messed up despite years in office.

Nevertheless . . .

We present this name game debate to our blog community whilst nearly every other news outlet has overlooked the question.

You decide . . .
