Form what we can tell local writer Michael Mackie is moving from In Kansas City magazine to The Pitch.

Here's why this is sorta important . . .

InKC has suffered during the pandemic . . . Their a primarily print publication geared at an upscale crowd. They started strong but delivering a print product during COVID proved difficult. 

Even more interestingly . . . We're surprised to see The Pitch actually paying people . . . Which is a good sign for fans of the old school alternative rag.
