Ex-KCPD officer to serve 4 months in jail, 3 years probation for deadly 2018 crash
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A former Kansas City, Missouri, police officer will serve four months in jail and three years of probation after a deadly crash in 2018. Terrell Watkins was sentenced Tuesday for his role in the crash that killed 17-year-old Chandan Rajanna, a Shawnee Mission South student.
Got off easy because he's a black man. A white man would have done hard time.
ReplyDeleteThis is unfair. The court should have given him more than shock time and probation. This was serious and the court has just said if you are in a similar accident you need to demand this type of a sentence too.
