Our readers tell us that she is featured among politicos in a New York Times write-up behind their paywall but there's an important write-up closer to home that offers a bit of encouragement . . . Read more:
Auditor Galloway to hold state government accountable as federal stimulus dollars are sent to Mo.
Galloway's record of auditing billions in government spending will again safeguard taxpayer dollars JEFFERSON CITY, Mo (March 27, 2020) -- Missouri State Auditor Nicole Galloway today announced that her office will examine the state's distribution and spending of federal funding expected to be received by the CARES Act.
Well this could be good and then it could be bad.
ReplyDeleteYeah !!! This is first thing I've heard recently that makes any sense.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn’t mind getting on top of her.
ReplyDeleteIn other words, she will be using her office as a political platform to get her name and photo in the newspapers. Didn't another auditor named Funk-something do the same thing? And how did that turn out for the rest of us?
ReplyDelete^^^+100000000
ReplyDeleteAll she’s really interested in is making sure her party gets money for their pet projects.
Yet another political "rising star"?
ReplyDeleteYou mean like the Slyster, Jason Pander, Beto O'Rourke, Jolie Justus, and a list too long to even imagine?
How about some competent leadership and actual management?
The whole world is entertainment.
And D-list at best.
At this point I'll give her a try. Parson's declared a State of Emergency for nothing he's completely lost my support. He's either grabbing power or incompetently following the fear-mongering progs like a sheep. MO deaths even "attributed" to Co-Vid won't amount to crap. In the end, it won't even come close to flu deaths.
ReplyDeleteYou mean "Me Too" Parsons isn't the most capable Governor we've ever had?
ReplyDeleteWell as least he can make a claim for being one of the most capable REPUBLICAN Governors the State has ever had.
