Police have standoff with man in 11800 block of N. Belmont

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A man refused to come out of a home in the 11800 block of N. Belmont Tuesday morning. Kansas City, Missouri, officers were called to the scene about 2:41 a.m. after a reported disturbance and fight. A man then reportedly armed barricaded himself inside a home and refused to come out.
