The stay at home order started about a week ago and still local parks, small biz and quite a few locals don't want to follow the rules to help protect public health. Here's an update on 200 tickets KCMO has written and more wrist-slap efforts:
Kansas City cracks down on stores breaking stay-at-home rule
KANSAS CITY, MO (AP) -- Kansas City-area officials have cracked down on businesses that remain open despite stay-at-home orders as the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Missouri surpassed 1,000. Mayor Quinton Lucas said Monday that Kansas City issued citations to about 200 businesses for violating the city's order . . .
ReplyDeleteI'll bet lawsuits are filed because the city does not have the authority to close down a business.
^^I’ll bet they aren’t retard because we are in the middle of a pandemic.
ReplyDeleteRelax, almost everyone is essential. Just read the order.
ReplyDeleteBullcrap @8:22 - if this is a "pandemic", where are the victims?
ReplyDeleteAnd @8:15 is correct, this is unconstitutional!
And this is how Lucas assures that he'll be a one-term Mayor!
glad to see home remodeling continuing. granite countertops are essential.
ReplyDelete8:22 it’s panda-demic dummy, it’s from China! Hahahahaha!
ReplyDelete^ Your wife’s dead. Go find something else to do. You’re boring as fuck. Hahahaha
ReplyDeleteSeems to me all the mommies now stuck with their brats are looking for something to get pissed at. Who the fuck cares if Hobby Lobby stays open. It's never packed and you mommies are going to need something to entertain your rugrats.
ReplyDelete^^^It seems to me you’re really lonely and you don’t have anybody you can bore with worthless drivel like this.
ReplyDeleteYes, you do keep talking about your loneliness though you always project it on others. Getting your dose of negative attention today? So sad.
Delete8:39 is correct about that so called list. Actually everyone's job is an essential one as it provides food shelter and so forth for one's needs. Unless of course you're like Byron, Alonzo and MoRage who suck off the government teat and bitch at those who do work for a living.
ReplyDeleteI was hoping to see the list of the 200. Were they "caught" or turned in by rogue Karens?
ReplyDeleteHomosexuals are finding it difficult to comply because of their promiscuity and craving for attention and drama.
ReplyDeleteDo you all ever stop you banter ? It gets really old.
ReplyDeleteYes let's put all of our small businesses out of business so the large corporate vulture corporations can monopolize kc and the dem.s might stand a chance of getting biden elected.
ReplyDelete"According to the latest data of the Italian National Health Institute ISS, the average age of the positively-tested deceased in Italy is currently about 81 years. 10% of the deceased are over 90 years old. 90% of the deceased are over 70 years old.
80% of the deceased had suffered from two or more chronic diseases. 50% of the deceased had suffered from three or more chronic diseases. The chronic diseases include in particular cardiovascular problems, diabetes, respiratory problems and cancer.
Less than 1% of the deceased were healthy persons, i.e. persons without pre-existing chronic diseases. Only about 30% of the deceased are women
The Italian Institute of Health moreover distinguishes between those who died from the coronavirus and those who died with the coronavirus. In many cases it is not yet clear whether the persons died from the virus or from their pre-existing chronic diseases or from a combination of both.
The few dozen test-positive Swiss deaths so far were also high-risk patients with chronic diseases, an average age of more than 80 years and a maximum age of 97 years, whose exact cause of death, i.e. from the virus or from their pre-existing diseases, is not yet known.
Furthermore, studies have shown that the internationally used virus test kits may give a false positive result in some cases. In these cases, the persons may not have contracted the new coronavirus, but presumably one of the many existing human coronaviruses that are part of the annual (and currently ongoing) common cold and flu epidemics."
^^^^Well Trump said it was a hoax but noooooooooooo all the haters said differently, so what is it?
ReplyDeleteI wish somebody would make their fucking minds up. Sure it spreads like wildfire it appears but so will colds come winter time. It's just showing us we are not as health conscious and living as cleanly as we should be.
@10:22 you’re too stupid to speak on the subject. You didn’t go to college and you spend your time on here, which indicates you’re quite likely retarded. Please go talk to somebody else, we’re all full up on retards here. Thanks.
ReplyDelete9:39 + 100
ReplyDeleteAlmost all millennials are homosexuals and aren’t following social distancing.
ReplyDelete^^Why do you say such stupid shit?
ReplyDeleteMost? Really?
Ya probably not most...only 47%. The remainder aspire to be.
ReplyDeleteAs usual, an abundance of FOOLS ON HERE. 8:47 is a prime example. Anybody making light of this virus is simply a Darwin failure in need of a lobotomy.
ReplyDeleteSeems to me the lonely ones on here are the ones who constantly negate everything anyone else says. I bet you're divorced and living in the basement. Sorry for you.
ReplyDelete^^^Well maybe if this original posters weren’t posting hatful and idiotic comments in the first place, then there wouldn’t be a need for all those comments. Did you ever think of that? Huh?
ReplyDelete^^^Biggest part of the time they don't. Don't you ever read anything first? Huh?
