Today there's a reboot of recent local violence numbers released earlier in the week.
KMBC picked up the better part of the story and shared with news readers:
Around 80% of Jackson County shooting cases will go unsolved in 2019
Here's the new mayor's reaction to recent data on local violence . . .
Mayor Quinton Lucas:
"Important to see an ongoing resource shift to address bullet-to-skins. Thousands of our brothers, sisters, friends & neighbors have suffered non-fatal shooting injuries in recent years. Review, clearance, treatment, counseling & prevention are key."
Developing . . .
"Review, clearance, treatment, counseling & prevention are key."
ReplyDeleteTotal bullshit.
He forgot to add, taking away guns from law abiding white people.
ReplyDeleteOh jezuz this clown again?
ReplyDeleteQ needs to mind his own business and focus on giving us developers massive tax cuts and incentives and staying out of the way and remaining silent when business as usual fraud and malfeasance is on the daily schedule at the city and county.
ReplyDeleteHis focus should be on posting smiling selfies.
80% of murders unsolved? No. Unprosecuted, yes. Jean Petersucker Baker has neither the desire nor the skill to be an adequate prosecutor.
ReplyDeleteOh come on there are probably ten thousand unsolved cases is this shit hole that will never be solved. Lucas again is just trying score political points, gain advantage for himself and put money in his own pocket with all this crap.
ReplyDeleteLets take guns away from Gay Hispanics too. These black boys are in danger and they must be protected.

"Review ,treatment, clearance, counseling and prevention are the key."
ReplyDelete"Along with not acting like a bunch of fucking animals."
The cases are unsolved because the police get no cooperation from the black community. No doubt they distrust cops, for historical reasons, but their "don't snitch" attitude just contributes to the gun violence problem. I'd not be inclined to worry about unsolved cases until the folks who are most affected by gun violence pitch in to solve them.
ReplyDelete"Important to see an ongoing resource shift to address bullet-to-skins"
ReplyDeleteThat has to be one of the most BS political statements ever. Vague, says nothing, and nobody knows what the hell it means (including Lucas).
Just a sound bite. Nothing to see here. Move along.
ReplyDeleteThe mayor's reaction says nothing and makes no sense. Review tougher punishment! Review more police on the streets, review more detectives to solve crimes and drug busts. Review the democrat way of loving crime and illegal activity.
Quinton Lucas you are one stupid character.
KC as long as you have a bias democrat black man in charge you will never go anywhere.
Liberalize the death penalty to make room for trouble makers instead of letting them loose.
ReplyDeleteMr. Mayor, the solution is for African Americans to stop shooting other African Americans!
ReplyDeleteNow that's solved order the City's crews to get out and restore the Paseo's Street Signs!
Send them all back to Africa with them kill each other their problem solved
ReplyDeleteThe one number greater than the number of shootings in Kansas City is the number of Mayor Q selfies.
ReplyDeleteIs it still like the SLYster reign of Terror ? Also known as, when your family and friends commit more violent crimes than any average white family. Even the Kennedys were not linked to so many .
ReplyDeleteDoesn’t matter if they go solved or not, Petersucker just lets them go so they can murder again and again, she has caused more damage to the blacks then any slave owner evar did. She’s actually more dangerous then the murderous blacks and she’s responsible for thousands of black murders since she become prosecutor in 2011.
