There are skeptical souls who claim that local journalism disappears without the newspaper. Nothing could be further from the truth as KCTV5's Angie Ricono has demonstrated this year with an EPIC investigative series exposing the Jackson County property tax crisis.
Her work speaks for itself and has served to ignite protest and inform the community about a threat that will force many locals form their homes and change to political landscape moving forward.
Her work also spoke for itself when the dumb bitch mishandled the Tyreek Hill news. Her editing was intentionally misleading and she is therefore completely untrustworthy.
ReplyDeleteShut up Caleb. She was right about that thug.
DeleteThis has got to be a joke! Her handling of the edited audio with Hill cost channel 5 the production of 65 Toss Power Trap and the Chiefs weekly tv show along with Dani Welniak's job as a sideline reporter for the radio network.
ReplyDelete^^^ NO big loss. Tyreek still a thug.
ReplyDeleteDid they ever find out who broke his kid's arm? Solve that one super fan and then MAYBE you might have a point.
Thug Hill and his neanderthal knuckle dragging groupies.
ReplyDeleteI agree with TKC on each of the best of the year awards, especially Angie Ricono. Her tenacity and accurate reporting and the way she can fire back a question the lying politician knows is coming but not how to deflect it is superb.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year people of the Greater KC area. We can do better in 2020 and deserve better from those we hire in political positions. God bless you all!
5:46, you have the burden of proof precisely backwards. Show us that Hill did it and how it happened.
