KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV/AP) - The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced it has signed a lease for permanent office space at an office building in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, for two of its research agencies.

  2. The assh*les from DC should feel right at home there. In DC you can't walk down the street to or from a subway station without the beggars calling out to you and being insulting because you won't give them spare change. Also needles and syringes are in every flower bed and trash can. Still it is not as bad as San Francisco. DC is a disgusting town and being near that park will remind them of home.
