After Nearly 20 Years in Kansas City, Los Alamos Cocina Has Evolved Into a Full-Time Restaurant

Owner Agustin "Gus" Juarez; his wife, Blanca; and their son, Benito, have done away with the remains of the original market. ReplyDeleteWithout a doubt, best Mexican restaurant in the region. Real Mexican home-style ... all kinds of unusual (for here) guisados and estofados (for you gringos, that means slow-cooked stews, more or less). Wonderful family running the place. May they prosper forever!
