The local rate of killing has subsided over the past week as the cold weather has given otherwise violent locals a reason to chill. Sadly, shooting reports remain consistent. Check the latest:
One man is in critical condition after shooting on Prospect Avenue
KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) - Police in Kansas City are investigating a shooting that's left a man with critical injuries. The shooting happened shortly before 7:40 p.m. in the 6800 block of Prospect Avenue. Police say the victim was transported to the hospital by a third party. There's no immediate suspect information.
The murder rate should actually be at 124 but KC news doesn't challenge the police. So the numbers are still higher than what we've seen for years.

ReplyDeleteSo like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and a crowd of Hollywood "celebrities" who enjoy similar circumstances, they can now pontificate about how terribly people in the very neighborhoods that they'd never even visit are treated by everyone else and that the problems that drive former residents to other communities have nothing to do with the behaviors, self-serving "leadership", upside-down priorities, and lack of responsibility that are the real causes of those conditions.

Don't you love American exceptionalism? Make enough guns available, and then overwhelm the already slammed medical system with the results of your stupidity.
