The Kansas City Council again has delayed the proposed $133 million Strata office tower project. This delay, for an additional two weeks, came in a near unanimous vote after no discussion among council members. The development group, led by Copaken Brooks and H&R Block Inc.
There's a huge need for another office tower, we just can't demonstrate it.
