EVERY PROMISE ABOUT FIGHTING INCENTIVES AND DEVELOPER FAVORITISM WILL BE EXPOSED AS A LIE IF MAYOR & COUNCIL PASS THIS LUXURY HOTEL FINANCING SCHEME!!!

The yes vs. no votes are a very simple way to keep track and offer much more insight than speeches, smiles and social media obfuscation from elected officials.

    Might have to wait a few weeks but it will pass. Stuff like this always does. With a few exceptions or maybe some gimmies built into the package but this is boiler plate corporate welfare that is standard for KC.

    Also, there's TENS OF THOUSANDS of affordable houses on the east side, Northeast, etc. It's all close to downtown too. Few talk about this

  13. You can't Build affordable housing in this day and age With Building cost. Even if you hire undocumented worker's.What I would suggest. Farmers would sell you,or lease a couple of Acers. Buy or build a Six hundred square foot,Tiny home, you have a couple of Acers for outdoor living. Your away from the crime. Grow your own vegetables .Enjoy the good life. No high rent or two thousand dollar.a month Mortgage.
