The rain doesn't stop the local quotient of violence and murder, it only helps to wash the tears and blood from the street.
Tonight's addition to the homicide count:
Fox4: 1 person shot and killed near 40th and Blue Ridge Cutoff
Deets:
"One person is dead following a shooting Tuesday night in Kansas City. The incident was reported shortly before 7 p.m. near 40th and Blue Ridge Cutoff. Police said one man is in custody."
A glimpse at the scene with more info from KCTV5:
Another update:
KSHB: Man found shot to death at gas station, KCPD says
KMBC: Kansas City police called to BP gas station at 7 p.m.
Again, this is the 45th murder so far this year compared to 42 at this time last year for an overall 10-YEAR-HOMICIDE UPTICK for this date on the calendar.
Developing . . .

ReplyDeleteYes there is a plan to stop the violence. The police are going to go to that area and give away freebies and tell the people they are their friends, and treat the innocent victims like shit!
^^^ Sad but true. That is the plan but it sounds more like a curse and something that hasn't worked so far.
