Credit where it's due . . . The newspaper gives voice to constant complaints about disparity among TV newsies . . .
KMBC said I was too old and too ugly. Newswomen today are still fighting discrimination
However . ..
This debate assumes we're talking about journalism or a job with any more merit than waitressing at Hooters. Still . . . We think about the news hotties like they're Woodward & Bernstein.
BUT . .. Here's what the MSM isn't allowed to mention:
THE ONLY REAL UNFAIRNESS IS THAT NEWS DUDES ARE SO DECREPIT IN COMPARISON TO NEWS BABES!!!
And so the only solution is probably to turn the entire news game into a super model fun fest.
Honestly, it's uncertain how much info we'd really lose or who would ever complain.
You decide . . .
Women get all their glory and attention in a windfall during youth until they hit the wall. Men are the opposite. They build themselves up gradually and hit their peak later on, so it's their turn to get the glory. Men are no match compared to women in regards to youthful attraction and the attention they get. The tables always turn. Men age like wine and women age like milk.
