KCPD revokes officers' award for 2013 fatal shooting of unarmed man
KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- Awards granted to two Kansas City police officers were rescinded Monday. It's a highly unusual move that comes after years of debate about what really happened in a dark parking lot five years ago. It concerns the Ryan Stokes case.
The board of police commissioners are a bunch of chickenshits for rescinding the commendations. I would have wiped my ass with it and returned it to them. Ryan Stokes was a justifiable shooting.
