TKC WEEKEND FLOOD WARNING!!! OLD AND BUSTED KANSAS CITY STORM SEWERS STAY LOSING AGAINST RAIN!!!

The weather news says it's gonna rain all weekend and storms overnight have left many streets covered in water.

Mistaken as a water main break by a great many social media d-bags, this is actually a look at the Blvd this morning near 27th Street that's now mostly underwater and threatening that stupid coffee plane.

Over the past hour we called neighbors and the waters have subsided a little but the Blvd and a great deal of Midtown continually copes with substandard storm sewers despite an ongoing agreement with the EPA to fix the crisis AND highly touted GO Bond money.

Anyhoo . . .

As the local driz and more heavy rain sinks Kansas City. A word of advice . . .

BEWARE OF THE RISING TIDE ON LOCAL STREETS AS THE CONTINUED DOWNPOUR THREATENS LOCAL STREETS!!!

  1. the estimates were always wrong. it wasn't 5 billion in repair that KC sewers needed. It was more like 10 or 12.

  10. More of the typical failed infrastructure in KCMO.

Slie needs to start getting the developers that receive handouts to kickback $100 million per project to help pay for the storm sewer replacement.

The Go Bond money is probably already squandered.

Past time for a city audit by the state auditor of all city departments and functions.

The severe weather, combined with female, gay, and transvestite tears (Kavanaugh was just confirmed) will bring transportation to a temporary halt in KCMO. Happy Brett Kavanaugh Day everyone !
