KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- One person is in custody as police search for more suspects after shots were fired outside Shake Shack on County Club Plaza. It happened just before noon Tuesday near 47th and Jefferson streets. Officers responded quickly and were able to get at least one man in custody.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City police are investigating after shots were reported at the Country Club Plaza. The incident was reported just before noon Tuesday near 47th and Summit Street. No injuries have been reported. Five to six shots were reportedly fired outside a business, according to witnesses on the scene.

Two people were taken into custody after shots were fired Tuesday near a Country Club Plaza business. Kansas City police were called at 11:45 a.m. to 47th and Jefferson streets. Witnesses told KMBC that shots were fired outside the Shake Shack. There were no reports of injuries.
