Police were called at 12:30 p.m. to 129th Street and Booth Lane on a reported shooting. One victim was found with a wound to his foot at the Mid-Continent Public Library in the 12900 block of Booth Lane.

There are three questions on the November ballot related to legalizing marijuana for medical use. Two questions would amend the state constitution to legalize medical marijuana.
