JASON KANDER MAYORAL CAMPAIGN HITS KANSAS CITY AMID NATIONWIDE TOUR!!!

Our blog community has done its best to be fair to Jason Kander and it seems all of Kansas City is welcoming back the mayoral hopeful after he recently purchased a home in the Southland in 2017.

Sure, Jason Kander missed the two biggest votes in KCMO history whilst telling other people to get out there and cast their ballots but this town is very forgiving . . . Apparently.

The Sunday Kansas City nice news trend that we want to highlight right now . . .

JASON KANDER IS NAME DROPPING A GREAT MANY KANSAS CITY PLACES IN HIS TWITTER FEED IN ORDER TO BEEF UP HIS LOCAL CONNECTIONS!!!

In the past week he has talked up Westside hipster eateries, Union Station and even those lame local weekend races enjoyed by the fading middle-class.

I don't remember the dude mentioning much about this town other than Royals for the past 2 years but ever since our blog community has joked about his local credentials . . . He has become a virtual KCMO tour guide for his Twitter chum(p)s.

Even better, Kander offers a bit of lawn inspiration for Democratic Party homies . . .

Now . . .

We wanna stay away from hateration because the anger that some of you d-bags have about politics is kind of off-putting, certainly toxic and not as funny as TKC's cheeky brand of snark.  Nevertheless, like most elections, the next mayoral contest has pretty much been decided by people who have far more cash than the rubes who don't believe or understand that we're in late stage Democracy.

But I digress . . .

The point here is that Jason Kander has more ambition and a busier schedule than any of the keyboard warriors who talk politics in this cowtown. Look closely at his schedule and readers will see the dude hustling from nationwide New York late night talk shows to college towns and then back to midterm election battle grounds.

Respect and credit where it's due: Mr. Kander's schedule would probably kill most of the homebodies in Kansas City.

Real talk, a vast majority of locals have difficulty waddling off the couch to the grill on this Labor Day weekend.

And we only mention this so that to increasingly inane local social media pleasantries about "stopping in at a coffee shop for the afternoon or a local restaurant to just have a nice chat" are all for show . . . Jason Kander is a jet setter tirelessly trekking across the nation selling his agenda to the American electorate. There's nothing inherently wrong with that but, per ushe, the reality of his elite political life contradicts a carefully crafted social media image that only the naive and willfully ignorant would accept.

    3. You know, a lot of people travel for work nowadays. I think Kander is just like any other young and successful person. He's working hard and still wants to improve his community. The next election is about more than snark TKC. As far as I see, I like a mayor who can manage a hectic schedule and that's what you've really shown here whether you wanted to or not.

  4. Well, at least Jason and Diana Kander OWN a home. Sly James has been just a renter for many years.

Exactly what is the address, Tony. Because it's pretty clear this power couple is on a two seater prayer rug every morning, facing east, toward what they believe is their true spiritual home, the White House. Making their KCMO home the future Western White House.

Please share the address of Bill and Hillary 2.0.

  6. Thanks Tracy...until you move back to KC, please refrain from commenting about KC politics. Your opinions, outdated world view and comments are utterly irrelevant. Thank you.

  7. Hey 9:48--I wasn't commenting on KCMO politics. I was commenting on national Presidential hopefuls, Jason and Diana Kander.

And I have the courage to sign my name, whereas you are a pathetic coward.

  8. And digging on Sly as well, so you WERE commenting as I said. Also, unlike you, I didn’t resort to name calling. You are certainly old enough to know better than that, but the fact you are incredibly thin-skinned, kept you from posting and mature response. It doesn’t matter that my post was anonymous or not, it doesn’t make it any less true. Grow up.

  10. ^^^ Way to virtue signal.

  11. Kander actually bothers to spend a day visiting Kansas City. He seems to be more interested in national attention than running for mayor.

    ReplyDelete
  12. We need a mayor who is interested in focusing on KC instead of building his own brand nationally.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Phoniness on steroids.
But what few KCMO residents actually bother to vote just love the latest KoolAid salesman with the next round of empty promises and even an occasion mention of "basic services" during the campaign.
Forfeit the best interests of your community in the service of yet another ambitious empty suit.
In any event, whoever "wins" the next city elections in KCMO won't be able to do much.
All the money's gone to pay the debt service for the Sly James show.
KCMO= the region's sucking chest wound.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Yeah, KC has a lot of real issues that need to be taken care of and those issues are literally nothing what he's campaigning on. He's cashing in on anti trump hysteria. I don't give a shit what the mayor of KC thinks about trump because that's not an issue at all and he seems mainly campaigning on an anti-trump platform rather than a pro KC and how we can make the daily life here better.

    Fuck this fake motherfucker

    ReplyDelete
  15. Okay not to approve of Kander, your right to do so, but remember that the only real choices you have for KC Mayor are Clay Chastain or Jason Kander.

Everyone else running for the office is a co-conspirator with Sly James on the phony Airport and Streetcar votes, as well as all the "Development Giveaways" to build unsustainable crap Downtown, and they more likely deserve jail time than consideration for political office.

But, once again, all one can do is try to pick the least undesirable.
Remember, if God wanted us to vote, he'd have given us Candidates.

    1. Even though I think he’s exhausted KC with all his light rail proposals over the years, Clay Chastain probably has more sincere interest in the betterment of KC than any other candidate, especially Kander.

SPREADING MANURE ON YOUR LAWN WILL DO THAT!

  17. Hey Tracy Thomas,

Where do the Pander's live (or at least own a house)?

Travel south on State Line until you come to the private exclusive Barstow School, turn into the parking lot, throw a rock or hit a golf ball eastward as far as you can into the first residential neighborhood.

    ReplyDelete
  18. MoneyLine from Rolling Stone as to where Pander's allegiances lie:

"President Trump walked away from the Paris Climate Accord and the Iran nuclear deal because he has no respect for the international community with whom we share this planet."

    The international community!

  22. Kander will make a great mayor!

But his national campaigning will be irritating.

  23. He will be ready for the White House in 2024. Most of the Democrats That will run in 2020,will have ties to The Corrupt Obama administration. Or The Clintons, And you can't win hanging around that crowd. The alternative media will have A Obama Or Clinton Democrat for lunch That is how Hillary lost. The Alternative media exposed her Corruption. And also Hanady, had something to do with it. Over sixty million tune into alternative media. That is a lot of voters.

While True climbs a big climbing thingy at @ScienceCityKC, I take a pic of @dianakander taking a pic of him because we are those people who do that.

In other words he's a white Sly James who spends all his "busy schedule" tweeting.

    ReplyDelete
  26. If Kander is elected then hopefully he will spend his time in KCMO fixing the problems that exist in the city. If he is spending most of his time jet setting to the east coast then KCMO is still screwed. His interests do not lie in KCMO and he is using the mayorship as a stepping stone like most politicos.
Agree with @11:37 or the attack comments are from the city minions that had to spend the weekend guarding the sinking ship and trying to control the narrative.

    ReplyDelete
  27. They bought a place out at 115th and State Line Mo side. Not a fancy Streetcar Apartment Downtown. That was April 2017 so you know he's been recruited by Sly's "White Masters" looking for someone to continue doing their bidding. A malleable puppet.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Short walk or scooter ride to Hallbrook Country Club where he can arrange sweetheart deals with all the crooks from the Kansas side plundering KCMO.

  31. Kander has joined up with Priorities USA, the largest pro-Clinton super PAC. And his wife is from Russia originally before the family escaped.

So if he loses they can at least claim Trump manipulated and fixed the KCMO mayoral election with the help of Putin.

    ReplyDelete
  32. "... just a renter ..."

    Wow, that's not elitist?

Why don't you just tell the truth? They're Democrats, & I'm not.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Clay Chastain claims that owning property in Kansas City qualifies him to run for mayor of Kansas City even though he doesn't live there.

So, he would agree with Tracy Thomas that being "just a renter" should disqualify someone from running for mayor.

When was the last time a former mayor was elected president?

  44. My vote for KC Mayor is gonna be either Al Sharpton or Marco Rubio. They're just as eligible as Kander right?

    ReplyDelete
  45. Tony where is the picture of you blowing Jason?

Fake news. Really did think you were better than this, defending a fake candidate who doesn't need it because you want to appear impartial. How about appear real? Honest? Or has this blog become pure infotainment?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. This blog has ALWAYS been infotainment. Sorry you're slow on the uptake.

As for defending Kander. I guess you don't have much reading comprehension either. Check the post and you'll see TKC calling out his voting record and his local roots. But it's not as angry as your psycho-sexual babble, which doesn't influence anybody but your poor, poor significant other @9:32. And nobody wants to be that unlucky.

      Delete
    2. Seriously? This is a puff piece preemptively defending a fraud from obvious future criticism. Any "calling out" is an obvious weak attempt at appearing impartial. If you can't feel Tony's Kander boner pushing up thru this article you're a sycophant.
