Pedestrian peril has been a trend this Summer as local Bike/Walk activists blast "the culture that values car traffic efficiency over the safety of human lives."
Sadly, as the auto carnage on Kansas City streets reaching historic proportions most of the improvements for pedestrians are inside the loop and around the Crossroads whilst pedestrians in the urban core and outer suburban areas confront equal or greater danger . . .
