Over Mayor Sly's tenure they've scaled back this video public relations effort touting all things 12th & Oak . . . Now, at a shorter length it's actually much more useful at least to gauge how City Hall sees itself and some of the taxpayer funded efforts they're spinning . . .

I watched it and you know it’s basically a lot of different positive things going on in the city on a micro level. I’m pretty big on the urban farming idea so that piece was nice to watch. It’s a nice distraction from all the deadbodies being found on the streets and the county jail rapes.

ReplyDeleteAccording to sources city hall had to scale back the video because of lack of funds. Apparently most available funds went to developers.
