  1. More wasteful tax dollars at work. How about the city use those dollars to lower our water bills and finally finish wornall road?

  2. There’s only one pay scale per job description, there is no gender wage gap in the city, more stupid talk from a stupid mayor with stupid ideas, why all of a sudden is he bringing up so much lame crap at the last minute? Does he feel bad for screwing the citizens of kc for not doing a damn thing for them during his 8 years of ignoring them? Doubtful, he’s sneaking something in there somewhere with these look over here while I screw you over there misdirections.

  3. KCMO residents need to get prepared for another tax they will have to pay. Just more feeders at the public trough.

  4. The idea that what happens or is decided by KCMO government has any influence whatsoever on "the region" is laughable.
The 84% of metro residents who DON'T live in KCMO haven't paid any serious attention to the clowns at 12th and Oak for decades.
They should stick to raising taxes and lying to their voters, whcih is what they do best.
Will this mean that Mothers in Charge gets a raise?
    Hahahahahaha!!

  5. ^^^ You can move. No one is keeping you here. if you hate the city so much, why are you still here? Bounce trick. You wouldn't be missed.

  6. ^^^^^ But if the decent people move, then the slime like you win!
No, we'll stay here and keep fighting to get the shitbirds out of City Hall and their flunkys (like you, Chris) back to Johnson County.

  7. ^^Speak for yourself fucktard. You're delusional if you think posting on this third-rate blog is "fighting" city hall. LOL!!! You're doing nothing but passing time waiting to die!

  8. ^^^ Go spend time with your grandmother. Gain some perspective.

  9. ^^^You do the same with your grandchildren if they're still speaking to you. Doubtful, because your a hateful, complaining bastard.

  10. The Mayor will announce that women will seek to equalize salaries by taking on dirty, dangerous and physically demanding jobs and doing them as well as men, and by refusing to break up their careers by taking extended maternity leaves.

Just kidding. The Mayor will actually announce that the City will use taxpayer money to make up the difference in pay between, for instance, secretaries and bulldozer operators. The Mayor will also announce that he anticipates all women will vote for him when he runs for Congress.

  12. Black men were given the right to vote two generations before white women.

Clearly, being a woman is worse than being black in the eyes of America.

  13. If women do really get paid less than companies would be able to increase profits easily by favoring women candidates when hiring since they could pay them less. But this isn't the reality because the wage gap is a fraud

    ReplyDelete
  14. It is not a fraud.

Companies hire men because it's a culture of men.

Women are paid less because they are viewed as inferior.

  15. 1:01, women are paid less IN GENERAL because they choose jobs that are not as demanding as the jobs men choose, AND because they take significantly more time off work than men do.

To determine whether women are paid less than men, and how much less, compare women and men who started the same time in the same job in the same industry and who have worked without interruption since they started. If there is a difference, check whether the ones tending to earn more have spent more time on the job than the ones tending to earn less.

  16. There's an extremely simple and totally Republican way to solve this problem -simply lower ages for all men below Executive Level until they match what's being paid to women.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Sorry, "wages", not "ages".

    ReplyDelete
  18. Women on average miss more days than men and gossip and goof off more. Pay levels reflex these facts.

    ReplyDelete
  19. If you don't think men gossip and goof off on the job just as much as women do, maybe you should try getting your first job, if you can get up Mommy's Basement stairs.

  20. Unhappy women claim, WOMEN ARE VICTIMS!

Just like blacks blaming "white institutional racism" they can't actually articulate what's prevented/preventing them from achieving their goals. Because to do so, would mean they have to take responsibility for themselves. It's oh so much easier to point a finger at a pervasive invisible boogeyman.
