  1. How is a law abiding citizens going to help with suggestions about a place they presumably have never been? Grasping a straws they are.

  2. The jail is good enough for the people in it

  3. This is just another dog and pony show delaying what needs to be down and probably won't happen after any of these meetings.

6:29 is correct 99% of the general public has no idea how a jail should be ran other than what they see on the television.

Just another handjob by the powers that be thinking by doing this the citizens will be impressed.

  4. Here's my question: why have we spent thousands on expert consultants if Frank White is just going to ignore their reports about the jail being a crisis and the place being mismanaged?

  5. Just let all the blacks out and commute all their sentences. Nothing, short of that, is going to shut people up about how justice isn’t being served. Nothing like appointing a new sheriff because of his skin color (not because he was the most qualified and experienced applicant for the job) to start you off on the right path with the social justice race warriors.

...and yes, I’ve been in lots of jails; I used to do correctional nursing. I’ve seen the ‘deplorable’ conditions that these guys whine about, and yeah, some are bad, but the cold inconvenient reality is simple: 99.9% if the people in there did something to put themselves there, and it’s SUPPOSED TO BE A HORRIBLE PLACE. You’re supposed to hate it so much that you don’t ever want to go back. I quit because I got tired of the blacks in there pissing and moaning that everything that was happening was nothing more than people, the cops, the deputies, the guards, me, the doctors, the judges, all giving them “the nigger treatment”. If this jail was full of white boys, we wouldn’t even be having this conversation, so let’s call a spade a spade and have an honest discussion.

All of those guys did something to put themselves there, and going back vs. not going back is COMPLETELY within their control.

  6. @6:38

Because Mr. White was only put in place because he’s not [white], not because he was the right guy to implement the changes we all paid lots of money to get experts to determine.

  7. why are we paying these people if they want the public to decide what to do with the jail 6:52 is spot on about these people anyway

  8. Slie is putting pressure on the county to move the jail from his lovely downtown. Slie want to push the blight to the fringes of the city/county so it does not stain the city and the 25 million tourists.

  9. Is anyone smart enough to know that ALL the people in the county jail are innocent ?

They have not been convicted yet (period) and may not be !
but they suffer worse conditions than a state prisoner !

Additionally The overcrowding is caused by the D A 's office denying these people their rights to a speedy trial ...by piddling around and not caring if these people lose their jobs , house ,car ,family and more during the extended process ....which includes crazy bond costs ...to keep them tied up !

yES SOME ARE MAD DOGS AND NEED EXTRA LOCKDOWN AND CONTROLS ! but

YOU CANNOT TREAT ALL OF THEM LIKE THOSE THAT ARE HABITUAL OR EVEN MENTAL !

yES THEY DO USE THE JAIL AS A MENTAL FACILITY HOLDING SPOT AS WELL WHTH NO GOOD REASON OR ALTERNATIVE SPACE TO PLACE THEM TO GET GOOD HELP !

aMAZINGLY ENOUGH WHEN THE COURTS PLAY GOD AND THE D A 'S OFFICE DOES NOT DO THEIR HOMEWORK THEY PUT ON A SHOW FOR THE JURY ....NOT OF TRUTH OR EVIDENCE BUT ONE OF INNUENDOS TO TRICK THE JURORS INTO WHAT THE PROSECUTORS THINK >

tHEY COACH THE WITNESSES ON WHAT TO SAY TO TWIST THE TRUTH INTO A SHOW .

YES SHOW TUNE ARE JUST AROUND THE CORNER FOR THESE BAD PERFORMERS (PLAYERS)
THE PROSECUTORS ARE EVEN ALLOWED TO LIE AND MANIPULATE TO ACHIEVE THE GOAL !

eVEN THE JUDGES ARE A JOKE IN THAT THEY KNOW IT IS A JOKE ...BUT ROLL WITH IT ....THEIR JOB IS NOT TO DO RIGHT BY THE DEFENDANT BUT TO PLAY THE GAME WITH NO BRAIN NOR INPUT .

YES THE JOKE IS ON THE TAXPAYER THAT HAS TO FOOT THE BILL ON 32,000 PRISIONERS BEING HOUSED IN MISSOURI AT 745 MILLION A YEAR ... HALF OF WHICH SHOULD NOT BE IN THE SYSTEM FOR VARIOUS REASON ,,, INCLUDING 1/4 OF THE ARE BACK OF PAROLE VIOLATIONS...NOT NEW CHARGES .... !

THEY TURN THIS INTO A BABYSITTING SERVICE IN THE NAME OF HIRING EXTRA STAFF TO BE PAROLE OFFICERS ...THAT DEMAND THEY GET JOBS AND LIVE NORMAL ...WHEN THEY CANNOT GET JOBS BECAUSE OF A CONVICTION ON THEIR RECORD .

ANOTHER WELL DOCUMENTED ISSUE IS THE COURTS EXCESSIVE SENTENCING OF LONGER TERMS TO BE SERVED ....KEEPING THE PRISONS GROWING INTO A PROFITS FROM PRISIONS GAME ..SELLING MORE MEALS , BOOTS ,,AND BEDS FOR PRIVATE SECTOR PROFITS ...JUST LIKE THE MILITARY BOMBS ,BOOTS ,,TANKS AND TOYS TO BULLY OTHER COUNTRIES OUT OF THEIR RESOURCES !

yES YOU CAN BULLY THE PRISONERS ALL YOU WANT ,,,BECAUSE 90 % OF ATTORNEYS ARE FLAT ASS STUPID ,,,AND SELL OUT TO THE SYSTEM ,,,AS WELL AS PUSHING PLEA DEALS TO AVOID THEMSELVES AND PROSECUTORS FROM HAVING TO DO ANY REAL WORK...OH BUT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROMISE A GOOD GAME ///

FUNNY WHEN YOU GOT NO MONEY THEY WILL EXTORT IT FORM YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS
BY HAVING THE DEFENDANT PLEADING TO THEM FOR HELP ...TO KEEP THE BALL ROLLING AND PROFITS FLOWING !

aND THEY CANNOT EVEN RUN THEIR JUVENILE SYSTEM ANY BETTER ... NOR THEIR FOSTER CARE WHICH IS SUBCONTRACTED TO GROUPS FOR PROFIT CORPORATIONS HINING BEHIND A NON-PROFIT CURTAIN ...IN THE NAME OF GOOD .....

BUT REALLY IT IS GOOD PROFITS ....

tHE WORST THING IN ALL OF THIS IS THE MEDIA AND THE ROLL THEY WILL NOT PLAY IN THIS TO EXPOSE IT !

WE THE PEOPLE HAS BEEN A JOKE SINCE IF WAS COINED ...
IT IS REALLY HERDING CATTLE ..AND TAXING THE HELL OUT OF THEM .

TO MUCH MRE TO BITCH ABOUT NOT ENOUGH TIME .

    YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID ,,,,
AND IN THE CASE OF THE JAIL ,,,YOU CANNOT GET THE FUNDING TO FIX IT .

20 YEARS AGO WYANDOTTE COUNTY MADE A FOOL OUT OF THEIR BLACK SHERIFF BY NOT GIVING HIM TO MONEY TO FIX IT ..BUT HE WAS BLACK SO THAT IN ITSELF WAS TO BE THE FEEL GOD FACTOR ...

FORTE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRICK ....ASK LEROY GREEN
