First up we honor and share a clip of a beautiful American Bully enjoying bling, a hip-hop soundtrack and Internets celebrity.

FEAR METH TOWN BREED DISCRIMINATION AGAINST A RECENTLY CAPTURED DOGGIE!!!

Fox4: Battle over breed leaves Independence woman’s dog stuck in city shelter
Money line . . .
According to a city ordinance, a pit bull impounded by animal control or a dog with characteristics of a pit bull must be spayed or neutered before it’s released to its owner.
”I have the papers. Bella is registered as an American Bully, and that’s a completely different breed than a pit bull,” Bray said.
Although there are striking similarities between an American bully and a pit bull, Bray insists the dogs aren’t the same.
"Their body size is different. Their head size is different. Everything about them is different because they’re different breeds,” Bray said.
The city ordinance also says there’s no exceptions, even for “show dogs.”
”If they spayed Bella, she will be disqualified from any competitions, and she won’t be able to be a national show dog anymore or be able to be bred and her blood line will end," she said.
Read Fox4's story for more deets. The City will come to a decision on May 11th.

sometimes pit bull owners are scarier than their dogs.
ReplyDelete^^^^^Lot of truth to that
ReplyDelete"American Bully" is just another crossbreed attempt by Pit Bull breeders to get around restrictions placed on American Pit Bull Terriers. The "American Bully Kennel Club" is an affiliate of the "United Kennel Club", a spurious association that attempts to give legitimacy to various cross-breeding experiments.
ReplyDeleteTo give some indication of their credibility, one of the UKC Categories is "Cur and Feist"! While I'm ready to believe the owner when she says this dog is "gentle and loving", the inherent aggressiveness of all Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mixes may not have emerged yet in an eighteen month old.
Unfortunately for the owner's arguments, she is in the same position as the Pit Bull owners who tried registering their dogs as "American Bull Terriers", but the City Ordinance addresses "Pit Bulls and dogs exhibiting Pit Bull Charcteristics", so she's out of luck.
"Pitbulls" in the broadest definition need to be bred out of existence.
ReplyDeleteLet us all wait to hear what Brent Toellner has to say about this.
ReplyDeleteWithout a genetic test, you cannot say a dog is a "pit bull." It's fake news.
ReplyDeleteBut her BLOOD LINE WILL END PEOPLE.
ReplyDeleteThis is the funniest thing I have read all week! Surely there are other puppies from that litter who will go on to produce many more puppies to carry on the bloodline? But just picturing this twitchy broad being desperate to save a "dog's bloodline" paints a hilarious picture of a stereotypical pit bull owner in Spindipendence. Technically the little b*th broke out and escaped sounds like a trouble maker! Maybe her doggy bloodline needs to be thinned out.
ugly.
