City council member Katheryn Shields and other panelists take a 25-year look back at Kansas City's landmark decision to expand its Civil Rights Ordinance in June 1993, barring discrimination against lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and people with HIV/AIDS. Filmmaker Austin Williams weaves in footage of his upcoming documentary The Ordinance Project.

ReplyDeleteQueers originated in Kansas City way bad in the early 19th century. Remember some of the earliest settlers here were French and most French men are gay and effeminate. Back in the day, they didn’t swish around and feel compelled to tell the whole world they were gay like they do now.

Most people like 5:23AM who talk about "sucking each other's dicks & buttfucking" are closeted homosexuals. You can hear the longing in his post.
