Authorities throughout Johnson County are responding to this spate of gunfire tonight.
Report:
"The Lenexa Police Department is investigating an officer-involved shooting Tuesday night. That incident happened near 87th Street and Maurer Road. Police said a secondary crime scene related to the officer-involved shooting is located in the 8100 block of Bittersweet. Johnson County Med-Ace confirms one person was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition."

ReplyDeleteLenexa is nowhere near raytown. Rat town is complete garbage. The city line near Shawnee is where it’s bad. Shawnee is going to have a wake up call soon. Old Shawnee, old Lenexa, and old Overland Park. Once great places now flooded with “diversity”. Just like west Olathe. West Olathe changed being off I35. Hispanics flooded Olathe and the cocaine highway began to impact the area. I would never send my kids to Olathe north, shawnee mission west, or Shawnee mission north. The problem with Shawnee mission north is the trash from Wyandotte that hangs around.
DeleteEven the nicest places in Lenexa are “wannabe” when compared to the best parts of JoCo. Unfortunately, there’s just a sliver of JoCo remaining today that's representative of what the county once was.

ReplyDeleteI grew up in Lenexa, in the nice part. East Lenexa has been saturated with Hispanics in low rent complexes. The knife crimes over the years have gone through the roof. West Lenexa living outprices trashy families who bring crime.

Not only ago my kids could actually just go outsider the neighborhood and play around , ride bikes , play baseball , now the youngsters are on high alert for gang bangers , homo kidnapping , wet backs shooting up the place over drug turf !
