TKC FACT CHECK!!! JUNGERMAN NEVER 'CONFESSED' TO MURDER DESPITE MISTAKEN MAINSTREAM MEDIA REPORTS!!!

Across the nation Kansas City local government propaganda regarding a murder case was recently reported without question.

Mainly, the charging dox in a high-profile murder were pushed toward the public without much regard for context or content.

In the aftermath, the attorney for the accused was forced to boldly clarify that stance of his client . . .

"There will never be a plea in this case other than not guilty, and that was entered today and it will be entered at the next appearance and every appearance thereafter" David Jungerman's attorney, Dan Ross, said.

That doesn't sound like a man who confessed to guilt.

Even worse, the defense downplayed the JaxCo presser call it "speculative" and even had some parts of it removed before its release.

Accordingly . . .

LIKE IT OR NOT THE PROSECUTORS HAVE INCRIMINATING SURVEILLANCE, NOT A CONFESSION!!!

It doesn't matter if the guy is guilty as sin . . . Which most people believe to be the case.

What's important here is that neither local nor national media bother to fact check or offer any push-back toward local government in order to protect Constitutional rights which presume innocence until proven guilty.

In this case, already, MSM seems far to willing to convict the old codger rather than let him have his day in court.
