Kansas City Chattering Class STILL Trying To Figure Out Why Hillary Clinton Lost

Quick update regarding the local discourse before the afternoon volley . . .

Thanks to a KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTER we notice that locals remain in a malaise following a historic win by Prez Trump. To her credit, Kansas City political denizen Dr. Lisa Johnston is doing her best to try and explain.

Here's a highlight from her latest missive . . .

So, why did she lose? She lost because of her weakness as a candidate, her poor choices, the DNC collusion to make her the nominee, and strategic campaign mistakes. Here are the top 10 specifics of why she lost:

The problem was NOT:

1. Comey – Had she not made the inappropriate decision to use a private server, she wouldn’t have been under FBI investigation.

2. Assange – If no inappropriate collusion to work against Bernie and to benefit her campaign had been occurring, there would have been nothing damaging to reveal through a “leak”.

3. Sexism/Misogyny – The problem was who she is and what she did not that she is a woman. A male candidate with very little political charisma, under FBI investigation for questionable handling of classified information, who benefited from intra-party collusion to force their nomination, and who took huge portions of the party for granted during the campaign would have also had a difficult time winning.

This is only important inasmuch as it signals that many denizens of the Kansas City discourse continue to have an EXCEPTIONALLY HARD TIME MOVING FORWARD into the new political reality.
