Tonight, take a local tech look at a recent Kansas City cultural event wherein the ruling class share the wealth and just a bit of high society with the rest of this cowtown.
Take a look:
"Julián Zugazagoitia, director of the Nelson-Atkins Museum Museum of Art, speaks with Henry W. Bloch during a press preview of the newly renovated Bloch Galleries of European Art Friday February 24, 2017. The Bloch family gifted 29 impressionist and post-impressionist artworks by Renoir, Pissaro, Manet and van Gogh. The new acquisitions inspired the renovation of the museum’s European 19th and early galleries to the museum. The Marion and Henry Bloch Family Foundation supported the renovation with a $12 million gift. The exhibits will open to the public on March 11."

More for the morning update . . . STAY TUNED!!!
It's good to see that some people still care about Kansas City.
ReplyDeleteInstead of selling the paintings and donating the money to a soup kitchen, homeless shelters, job training...
ReplyDeleteNow they get a huge over valued tax write off and we have to pay for the security and upkeep for these so called works of art. Sell the whole place and fix the sewers, airport, police pensions etc
Do they have any paintings of Pepe the frog?
ReplyDeleteOnly if he has pbe
ReplyDeleteHeck yes, sell the stuff and support Byron and wife.. ( How many times do 2 people in the same family become "disabled" at the same time) NEVER!!! That administrative judge must be a dumb ass. Whats his name Byron?
ReplyDeleteI was ruled disabled in 1992 in Tennessee. My wife was ruled disabled around 2005 in West Virginia. I had to win an appeal before an administrative law judge. She did not. We did not become disabled at the same time or even in the same state. We met in 2001.
ReplyDeleteShe is 65. I'll be 63 in two weeks.
Her disability has converted to regular retirement.
What the fuck is any of this to you?
You want to know the judge's name?
ReplyDeleteWhat's your name, hypocrite?
1992?
ReplyDeleteThats a bunch of bullshit you shyster asshole.
Yes, what was that no count fucking judges name?
Oh so wife #1 wised up and dumped your ass. probably because you couldn't hold a job, thats why you had to do the disability scam.
It's not bullshit, you fucking coward.
ReplyDeleteDo you really expect me to remember the judges name from 1992?
Der Fuhrer signed an executive order that now all disability claims must be approved by the anonymous cowards of TKC.
Have you researched the disability law?
ReplyDeleteDo you know the legal definition of blindness?
Or, are you just using your women's intuition like most men?
Byron is a misogynist in addition to being a malingering leech on society.
ReplyDeleteRe: the OP - excellent and exciting, a breath of fresh air, on many levels.
ReplyDeleteThe need to put a huge sports bar and dance club in the Nelson!
ReplyDeleteTurn it into a real attraction!
Julián Zugazagoitia? Fucking immigrants.
ReplyDeleteGET OUT OF MY COUNTRY
Byron, My name is Terry Murray. Remember me? You are a pussy lying punk Ruthfucker.
ReplyDeleteHas this been fact checked by Warren Beatty, yet?
ReplyDeleteMany thanks to the Blochs for their donation and for keeping this artwork in Kansas City for our enjoyment. I look forward to viewing them at the Nelson.
ReplyDeleteThanks to the Blochs for using some of that money they have cheated their employees out of on Holiday pay and overtime. What honorable folks you are.
ReplyDeleteHenry Bloch HATES live Jazz music. Just ask him.
