Citizens have been phased out. Voters screwed themselves when they passed the charter change that allows the city to modify the number of city departments.

ReplyDeleteThey just choose to whine and bitch, blame each other, snipe at black people, and offer no solutions.
I got that impression by reading this blog.
Nowadays the tax abatement lawyers are at the top. Then the so-called developers. Under that are Sly, the EDC, the Chamber,and the Council, all on the same level. The people whose services suffer? Bottom.
