You decide . . .
The only thing that counts is the jury decision. These rest of this story is pretty much crapola. However, I'm sure the media will be dreaming up shit to speculate about until the last worm feasts on the dead man's corpse.
ReplyDeleteAt least the guy is better than Forte.
ReplyDeleteLike how the guy in the back keeps checking out the disaster in the corner of his eye like, WTF?
ReplyDeleteHere is the problem: Louisiana has a Stand Your Ground Law. That means that ANYTIME a shooter claims he was "threatened" -- having NO duty to avoid shooting -- the cops must be able to make a case that REFUTES that claim to meet the legal requirement of probable cause. The PURPOSE of the SYG Law is to PREVENT charges from being filed against those who even claim to have felt threatened.
ReplyDeleteLet's face it: Ever since Trayvon Martin's killer was able to hunt down an unarmed black kid and successfully assert "self-defense", every over-armed fool in America knows that the mere fact that you have executed an unarmed person is not enough to send you to prison -- especially if your victim is a big, young black man. Heck, a white cop used that defense for shooting a fleeing guy IN THE BACK!
That is why the Sheriff had to do a full investigation FIRST
