I feel bad for the guy, but the 'early onset' obviously occurred while he was coaching here in Kansas City. It was devoid of logic and linear thinking.
ReplyDelete^^^ OUCH!
ReplyDeleteIt is a horrible disease. One in which his wife will suffer just as much through. He was a great coach and one of the best evaluators of talent i have ever seen. I wish nothing but the best for him and his family and hope these experimental drugs slow the process down. This seriously does make me question if any of this is related to his playing days.
ReplyDeletechunks of yardage..
ReplyDelete7:50---Well said. My mom had early onset but passed before it went all the way. I was honored to play golf with Marty 6-7 times and he's a class act Had a really good game. Peterson cheated like Brett bt Marty is really cool. Great gin rummy player also.
ReplyDeleteSo now he is God because he has dementia?
ReplyDeleteHe is pretty fucking lucky that he has all of the money in the world to pay for gold-standard care.
The other thousands with it?? Fuck 'em. They are all stuck in smelly shithole nursing homes.
Marty brought KC football back to TV every week, remember the lack of sell out days. Is Marty in the Chiefs hall of fame? If not he should be. Best of luck Marty we will always remember you.
