From Clay: Chastain counters Hodgdon's desperate attempt to get defamation case thrown out
Anne Hodgdon's Attorney, Todd Graves, is afraid to go to trial because he does not want his hi-profile wealthy client in depositions or on the witness stand because he knows most people know a liar when they see one.
When an accusation doesn't add up, someone is lying. Mrs. Hodgdon should just fess up, settle up, and then mend her ways.
See my attached Memorandum in Opposition of Hodgdon's Motion For Reconsideration.
P.S. Mr. Graves is trying to run me around in federal court hoping I will lose my resolve. I guess he doesn't know who he's dealing with, yet.
