    What far too many of the KCPS parents really need is some training in personal responsibility and how to raise their own children.
    There's already way too much interference by fake contractors and consultants and low-information incompetent "adults" in the school district.
    And Sly would be better off spending his time on reducing crime, fixing storm water systems, and repairing streets and leave running schools to others.
    Maybe he could even give Frank a hand at the jail.
