Here's the next phase of Kansas City hipster development already underway as the Crossroads runs out of room and bar space and this housing bubble host a great deal of hype among denizens of the middle-class still, desperately trying to convince people that they're "millennials" or at least close enough . . .

On the bright side, nice design, a few deets and a nice experience for those who enjoy the Internets beyond the walled-gardens of corporate apps.

ReplyDeleteHe is a great guy and will be a great state senator.
Stockyards District needs to update website. Two new restaurants are open. Rockstar Burgers and West Bottoms Kitchen. the new Golden OX is still in planning and will take a long time to complete. (at least 15 months) after the way it was gutted to put in Stockyards Brewery. Still lots of empty commercial space available.
ReplyDeleteHopefully someone will come up with something decent to do w/ Kemper and not jack up the district.

ReplyDeleteKansas City must be entering it's age of enlightenment
"Crossroads filled up" Hahahahaha! Jesus, Paco, decide which it is; no one goes there, it's all empty storefronts, but definitely doesn't need subsidies like suburban apartments and strip malls all get, or is it a traffic nightmare so full of which white people no one can move?
ReplyDeleteIf you were smart. You bought West Bottoms 4 years ago. By the time the public finds out about the bubble, it has already burst.
