ReplyDelete^^^^Yep. On point. Look up all of the East Patrol contracts. unqualified, undocumented, connected scam artists got the motherload of contracts. It looks like big payouts to well known companies but once they received their share, the money was distributed as handouts.
ReplyDeleteThis is typical of both government and industry today. Both think contracts are an adjunct and can be handled as an "other duty as assigned," not realizing a good, dedicated contracts professional can save millions.
ReplyDeleteCity Hall is not interested in saving millions. They are doling cash put to friends with benefits. Like all cheaters, they will be caught.
