    They really should change the name of College to MLK. One, nobody on College has actually been to college and two, in every city the worst street is always named MLK.

    Those hot spot police tactics are working wonders. It must have been broken windows that set this nice fella off. I bet when the police ask him why he did it, it will be directly related to the broken windows theory.
