TKC BREAKING AND EXCLUSIVE NEWS!!! JACKSON COUNTY INSIDERS RAGE AGAINST ACQUITTAL IN SUMMER SHIP MURDER CASE AND CHALLENGE MEAN JEAN'S RECORD!!!

The morning the courthouse is in upheaval after a stunning NOT GUILTY murder case verdict and the recent spike in deadly local violence that many connect back to Kansas City's top ranking political elite.

JACKSON COUNTY INSIDERS QUESTION PROSECUTOR MEAN JEAN PETERS BAKER AND HER VIOLENT CRIME CONVICTION RECORD AMID THE CURRENT KANSAS CITY MURDER SPIKE!!!

In the upcoming election, this top ranking lady has no Democratic Party competition but that doesn't make this perspective any less important . . .

Checkit:

"The Sauerbry not-guilty verdict is just another in a long line, and record number, of not-guilty verdicts in homicide cases. Successfully prosecuting these cases are the MOST IMPORTANT thing a prosecutor does, and Baker has had more not-guilty verdicts on her watch than any prosecutor in history. Combine that with the office being formally sanctioned for not turning over evidence in cases, the historic spike in violent crime with NO response, and her office's role in the recent "accidental" release of a murder suspect, it is clear that Jean Baker is not very good at her job. She benefits greatly from being ignored by the STAR who have nobody left to write complex stories, and the rest of the MSM does not bother to ask serious questions. At some point, the public is going to wake up and demand answers."

  1. Turns out a lot of stuff happening at the county should be important to the public after all.

  2. Prosecutor's office needs to be separated from county government, even a lot of the prosecutors want that.

It shouldn't be an elected office. Much too important for that.

Give the authority to the state and we'll see an improvement in crime as well.

  3. You're assuming that the suspect was guilty. Perhaps, he simply wasn't.

On a far more important issue, you heard it here first! On TKC!!!

The President has ordered Prince's remains to be mummified. The little midget will be placed in the manger on the White House lawn every Christmas and we will all FINALLY reap the benefits of "Diversity".

  5. The problem in Missouri and other states is that there is little State authority that isn't political. Ideally you would have an appointed and confirmed State Attorney General and the county prosecutors would fall under that system and be appointed. Their evaluations would be handled by the AG or regional supervision.

With the current situation these local prosecutors don't even file charges in a hell of a lot of cases because if they lose the are generating election cycle fodder for their opponents and wrecking their conviction rates. In Peters case she not only fails to file she looses too. No doubt that after the press publicizing the outcome of this case the county attorney will go into CYA mode and we will see a period where the only cases that get filed are those with NO change of loss.

Frankly, citizens need to arm themselves and stop being stupid. We are living in an age where the overwhelming majority of felons are never identified and when identified the majority are never subject to the criminal justice system. Perhaps we might consider that those guys weren't such barbarians back when they took a horse thief to the hanging tree.

  6. The legal system is just a case of pin the tail on the donkey. If you pin...fine. if not - no big woop. If it's not the prosecutor is the judges. The system is altogether flawed.

  7. Bull Dung. The case sucked. You can't make up the facts only present them to the Jury. The only witness was a so called statement made to a quasi friend

  8. 11:19 is absolutely correct. The daughter even admitted on camera that the case was all circumstantial and weak. Mean Jeans mistake was letting an asst. prosecutor take it to trial to pacify the family. Mean Jean is yummy and I'd love to snack on her MILF wet pussy.

  9. It was a pretty weak case. He obviously didn't do it.

I heard this was absolutely true: http://i.imgur.com/FXmhZn9.jpg

  10. I see Mansur and Jean are buys posting this morning. For you losers to assert that "the case was weak, she just pacified the victims family by trying the case," if true, denotes that Jean engaged in UNETHICAL CONDUCT FOR A PROSECUTOR!! If she truly thought he was likely not guilty but prosecuted the case anyway to "appease the masses", then she is no different than Nifong in the Duke lacrosse case and should be disbarred as well.

Lazy Jean has a dilemma for herself: She either (1) lost a hugely important case, or (2) She filed a murder case based upon what she knew was very flimsy evidence and the possible innocence of the defendant. Either way she goes, this is very very bad for her.

  11. If the case was honestly weak then why the hell did she file it?! Double jeopardy now attaches and if better evidence comes along, a murderer was set free. Very pathetic leadership.

  12. Wow, this is a fucking outrage.

  13. How to get away with murder4/22/16, 1:00 PM

    1. Kill a person in Kansas City or Jackson County.
    2. Send KCPD chasing their tail until they find a culprit - any one will do.
    3. File charges in Jackson County, Mo.
    4. Have Mean Incompetent Jean prosecute the case.
    5. Congratulations, you just got away with murder.

It's so easy Mean Incompetent Jean could do it.

  14. Jean has always been in over her head, its just that she gets a free pass by the press as a democratic woman.

  15. well ,at least he wasnt set free, thank God,but wait..on the other hand yes its great he'll never get out of prison BUT he took another life to get there.

oh man what a monumental fuck up this has been.this dude killed when he was a youngster too.no telling how many more he's committed.guys already a serial killer and apparantly a very slippery one at that!!

  16. Locking somebody up because they may have committed a crime only benefits the vendors who supply the prisons

  17. Judging from the amount of homicides, crime, and mayhem in this city resigning would be the honorable thing to do.

  18. Honor in this political environment?

  19. The guy convicted of murder last week only got 15 years.

  21. People. Get guns. If you think there is anyone between you and Obama's office that are out to protect your life and property you are fucking nuts. The only difference between now and the wild west is horses were slower.

  22. Wait, you still have guns? I thought that Obama had personally confiscated them all by now.
